Nevertheless, users who only register as buyers will not receive news, offers, or promotions unless express consent is given. Finally, there are pages in the online store accessible to users who have not started the process of ordering a product.
Buyers purchasing products on the website agree to pay in full at the time their purchase is confirmed. Payment for products and shipping may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and similar) or by PayPal.
Order information will always be encrypted through a secure server. Bank data from credit card transactions will be transmitted employing a secure protocol as used by the Banco Sabadell or other banks that provide services for remote electronic payment – and no third parties will have access to any information. Such data will only be used by E&B Parfums S.L. to complete the purchase procedures, issue appropriate refunds for any returns, and warn and inform the authorities if possible fraud is detected by eightandbob.com.
The purchase price of the products and shipping charges are debited from the current account of the user when orders are confirmed, E&B Parfums S.L will send the user an email confirmation of the purchase that includes an order number. This confirmation is valid as proof of purchase and is not an invoice. An invoice for the purchase order will be available at the usa.eightandbob.com website.
Eight & Bob reserves the right to decide which products are offered, and may add or remove products from the online shop at any time. The essential characteristics of each product are shown at usa.eightandbob.com. However, the images and colours of products offered may not accurately reflect reality due to the specific characteristics of the buyer’s browser or screen. The retail prices of products for sale on www.usa.eightandbob.com always appear in dolars ($).
All our products come with express shipping, regardless of the transport agency we use, as we have account agreements with logistics companies. Depending on the price of the product purchased from Eight & Bob, it will have a certain price, which will always be confirmed by the user before purchase.The relevant and respective shipping costs are added to these prices.
Product prices may be updated at any time. Buyers must check the final selling price before confirming orders. Shipping rates may vary depending on promotions that usa.eightandbob.com may offer at a given time or changes in rates charged by shipping companies.
Eight & Bob undertakes to deliver the goods in perfect condition to the address given on the order form. To facilitate deliveries, we recommend that buyers indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours. Eight & Bob is not responsible for errors in delivery caused when the delivery address entered on the order form by the buyer is wrong, does not exist, or has been omitted.
The legal maximum period for delivery is 30 days; however, deliveries will usually take place between 1 - 4 working days maximum after confirmation of the purchase order, depending on the chosen delivery method: standard or express. These transit times are estimated for main cities, not being considered the delays due to residential locations or outskirt areas.
The same applies to delays caused by national customs. Eight & Bob is accountable for all shipping costs (incl. export/import tariffs and duties), except for those which are to be covered by the customer due to local customs requirements.
In the event of delivery delays attributable to Eight & Bob, the buyer may cancel the order according to the procedure described in ‘Returns’ in the same way as a defective delivery – but without incurring shipping costs. Instances will not be considered as late deliveries where the order has been made available to the buyer by the shipping company within the agreed time and the buyer was unable to receive the order for reasons attributable to the buyer.
E&B Parfums S.L. is not responsible for any delays caused by national customs services, as well as additional costs originated at the national customs. Deliveries will be made with all export/import duties and taxes included, except for those countries where the national customs only accept the dispatch of goods covered by the buyer. In that case, E&B Parfums SL will proceed to the return of the goods if the buyer does not cover the expenses demanded by the customs authorities. A refund will be made by E&B Parfums S.L. within 14 days of return of the purchase order.
If at the time of delivery the buyer is absent, the shipping company will leave a note indicating how to arrange a new delivery. If after seven working days of attempted delivery, the delivery has not been arranged, the buyer must contact E&B Parfums S.L. If the buyer does not do so, then ten days after the first attempted delivery, the order will be returned to E&B Parfums S.L., and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated management costs. On delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging and indicate on the delivery note from the shipping company any visible damage or irregularities. If subsequently, after examining the product, the buyer detects any breakage or damage caused during shipping, the buyer must inform E&B Parfums S.L. by email as soon as possible so that a return can be processed.

E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of e-Gift Cards purchased from our official online store.
1. General Information
Our e-Gift Cards are digital products available in the following denominations: $110, $255, $350, $500, $800, and $1,000. Upon successful purchase, the e-Gift Card will be delivered via email.
2. Delivery
The e-Gift Card will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers may choose to send the e-Gift Card to themselves or to a recipient by entering the recipient’s email address during the purchase process.
3. Redemption
Each e-Gift Card contains a unique code that can be redeemed exclusively on our official e-commerce website. The code is for one-time use only and is valid for a single transaction. If the total order value exceeds the value of the e-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
4. Usage Restrictions
- e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
- Only one e-Gift Card code can be used per order.
- Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied to the purchase of e-Gift Cards.
- e-Gift Cards are valid only on the official e-commerce store and cannot be used in physical retail locations or third-party platforms.
5. Validity
e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited and will not be refunded or reinstated.
6. Refunds and Returns
e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. Items purchased using an e-Gift Card are subject to our standard return policy. If an item purchased with an e-Gift Card is returned and accepted, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
7. Responsibility and Security
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct email address is provided at checkout. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misused e-Gift Cards, or for e-Gift Cards sent to incorrect email addresses due to customer error. Please treat your e-Gift Card code as cash.
8. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any e-Gift Card without notice and without refund if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity related to its use or purchase.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
