    I sent a number of e-mails attempting to return the incorrect purchased women’s set. My mails were completely ignored (with this being the first reaction I have received) and now you want me to praise you? Can I please return the female set for a new set of the male discovery set? Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you..

    Perfect for figuring out what you like

    The scents are all unique and long lasting, I'm glad that I got a wide variety. I liked most of them, but I know which ones aren't my favorite without committing to a full bottle.

    Perfume lovely, postage costs extortionate and customer service not so good

    The set stated 25 Euros and to review the shipping policy for details of shipping. When I clicked on the link there were no details of shipping, only details of Guarantee, Sales Policy and Customer Service.

    Elsewhere on the website it states Free Shipping, and I tried to click on this for more information and it was not a link, just a picture.

    So I added to my cart, and purchased.

    When the website converted to GBP, it stated £22 for the product and £18 for Express Shipping!

    This was not stated elsewhere on the website and I had no way of choosing another shipping method - I didn't require Express Shipping.

    Your scents are beautiful and your website is incredible, but to charge almost the same price for shipping seems extortionate.

    Nobody bothered to reply to my email. Poor customer service.
